No. We can help you save on your booked trips even if it was booked through a travel agent.

Will I be in the same hotel as my original booking?

Yes. We guarantee that it will be at the same hotel and in the same room preference as your original booking.

How do you know when prices drop?

We use a variety of methods to track prices, including our savvy Artificial Intelligence, real-time data from airlines, hotels, and rental car companies. We also use proprietary algorithms to predict when prices are likely to drop.

Do you guarantee that you will find me a lower price?

We cannot guarantee that we will always find you a lower price. However, we have a proven track record of success in helping customers save money on their travel reservations. If we do not save you at least $20 we will offer a full refund.

What happens if I need to rebook my reservation for a different date or time?

Although we support cancels and rebooking for cheaper rates, we are not a travel agency and require you to rebook with the original provider and send us the new confirmation with the new dates. We will continue the process as usual and use our technology to monitor your updated booking.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation, please cancel it with the original provider and we will process a refund for our fee if we have not rebooked for you yet.

What happens if I have issues with my new reservation?

We have never experienced this because we ensure that it is rebooked to the highest standards and confirmed before cancelling your original reservation. If you have a problem with your rebooked reservation for any reason please contact our customer support.

Can you help me rebook my flight, hotel, and rental car reservation all at once?

Yes, we can help you rebook your flight, hotel, and rental car reservation all at once. We will work with you to find the best possible prices for all three reservations and rebook them on your behalf. Each of these will have separate confirmation numbers so we will charge each booking separately.
